Using the proprietary SGM²™ Strategic Growth Mapping Model™, we assess your goals, audience, workflow, and long-term development to create a focused plan for growth. Ideal for authors, creatives, and literary organizations seeking a structured approach.
Cancellation Policy
Booking: Full payment is required at the time of booking. Manuscript pages for editorial sessions must be submitted at least 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations: You may cancel up to 24 hours before your session for a full credit toward a future appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable. Rescheduling: You may reschedule once at no cost if the request is made 24 hours in advance. Last-minute reschedule requests are treated as cancellations. No-Shows: If you do not arrive for your session or are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment is considered a no-show and is non-refundable. A new booking is required. Late Arrivals: Sessions will end at the scheduled time. Extra time cannot be added. Refunds: All services are non-refundable due to the time and preparation involved. Credits may be issued according to the cancellation policy. Waitlist: If a date is full, you may join the waitlist. Openings are filled on a first-come basis and must be confirmed within 6 hours.
