Consulting Services

• All consulting sessions and service bundles are non-refundable.

• Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment time.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours, late arrivals, or “no-shows” are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

• Multi-session bundles must be used within 90 days of purchase. Missed sessions are forfeited.

Digital Products

(Applies to e-books, PDFs, workbooks, guides, templates, and downloads.)

 

• All digital products are final sale.

• No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are available once the file has been delivered.

• If you experience a download issue, please contact us within 7 days for access assistance.​

 

Physical Books & Merchandise

​

• Standard (unsigned) books may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unopened and in new condition.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item.

• Signed copies and personalized books are final sale.

• Damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items will be replaced at no additional cost if reported within 48 hours of delivery.

 

Lost or Delayed Shipments

• If tracking shows “delivered,” Cynthia Jean Brown Literary, LLC is not responsible for stolen or unreceived packages.

• If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim or sending a replacement when appropriate.

Processing Time​

​

• Refunds (when applicable) are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

• Refunds are issued to the original method of payment only.

• Not to initiate chargebacks with your bank or credit card company.

• To contact us directly to resolve any concerns.

• That filing a chargeback for services already provided, digital goods delivered, or books received is a violation of our terms.
