• All fees must be paid as listed at the time of booking.

• Services are non-refundable once delivered.

• Feedback provided is professional guidance and does not guarantee publication or financial outcomes.

• You retain full rights to your manuscript unless entering a formal publishing agreement with the company.

A separate publishing contract is required for any manuscripts accepted under our imprint.

Booking Policies

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.

• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) incur a $10 late cancellation fee.

• No-shows result in forfeiting the session fee with no refund.

Refunds

• No refunds for completed services.

• Package sessions must be used within the timeframe listed at the time of purchase.

• Unused sessions expire and are non-refundable.

Waitlist

• If a service is full, you may join the waitlist.

• You will be notified when space becomes available.

Digital Products

Digital items (PDFs, guides, downloads, templates, courses) are:

• Non-refundable
